This policy describes the current tRVCR iPhone app and this product website, published by Baskaran. The app is in development; this page will be updated if its data practices change.
The camera app
tRVCR does not require a separate account and does not include third-party advertising or analytics SDKs. The developer does not collect your recordings, camera frames, microphone audio or device capability reports through the app.
Camera, microphone and Photos
Camera access is needed to preview and record video. Microphone access is used only when you choose audio recording; silent recording works without microphone permission. Photos add permission is requested to save clips. Effects rendering takes place on your device. Recordings are not uploaded to a developer server.
If Photos permission or saving fails, the app keeps a local recording in its Documents storage and offers export. Your choices when saving or sharing files, including iCloud Photos, are handled by iOS and the services you choose, under their own policies.
Settings and performance profiling
App preferences and effect choices are stored locally. Device capability profiling uses generated images, not camera or microphone content. Capability profiles and diagnostics stay on the device. These include hardware/OS identifiers and rendering performance measurements used to choose live recording or processing after Stop.
Purchases
Optional effect unlocking uses Apple StoreKit. Apple processes payment and manages purchase history. The app reads verified purchase entitlements to unlock effects and restore purchases. It does not receive your payment-card details. Apple’s privacy policy applies to its services.
This website
This website is hosted by Cloudflare. We have not added advertising trackers, analytics, sign-up forms or tracking cookies. Your browser necessarily sends connection information, such as an IP address and request details, to the hosting provider to deliver and protect the site. Cloudflare handles this under its own policies. The app screenshots and film previews on this website never access a camera or microphone.
Film selection and other website demonstration state remain in memory while the page is open; they are not sent to the developer. Links to other websites are subject to those websites’ policies.
Your controls
Change camera, microphone and Photos permissions in iOS Settings. Manage or restore purchases through Apple. Deleting the app removes its local app storage; recordings already saved to Photos remain in your library unless you delete them there.
